Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist – Luxury Hotels

ROLE PURPOSE
At Kaizen Hoteles, we are looking to welcome an experienced Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist with a strong aesthetic sensibility and exceptional attention to detail to help create and develop the visual identity of our brands and hotels. We are seeking a creative, well-organised professional with a strong focus on graphic design, capable of translating the essence and values of the luxury hospitality sector across both print and digital media.
WORKING CONDITIONS & POSITION EVOLUTION
The expected start date is mid-September 2026, with the following schedule:
From mid-September 2026: part-time position, 20 hours per week.
Expected from January 2027: temporary increase to a full-time position (40 hours per week) to fully cover a paternity leave.
Once the temporary cover period has ended: return to the standard 20-hour working week.
The exact start and end dates of the temporary 40-hour schedule will depend on the actual duration of the paternity leave of the employee being covered.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Graphic Design — Primary Responsibility
• Design and development of premium corporate stationery: letters, menus, signage, invitations, business cards, vellums, envelopes, brochures and other printed materials.
• Creation and design of packaging.
• Development of printed and digital materials for events, guest experiences and brand initiatives.
• Adaptation of graphic guidelines and maintenance of the visual identity of both the group and each of its hotels.
• Professional photo editing, retouching and image enhancement.
• Preparation and supervision of print-ready artwork.
• Coordination and follow-up with printers and external suppliers.
2. Content & Social Media
• Design of creative assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok, maintaining an elegant, refined and brand-consistent visual style.
• Support in the creation and editing of visual and audiovisual content, including reels, stories, presentations and other formats.
• Assistance with planning, preparing and scheduling the content calendar.
3. Online Platform Management
• Updating and maintaining texts, information and images across platforms such as Tripadvisor, Google Business Profile, Booking.com, Expedia and TheFork, as well as other OTAs and online reputation platforms.
• Reviewing, monitoring and supervising guest reviews and published content.
4. Marketing Department Support
• Assistance in the preparation and execution of email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Organisation of marketing materials and project coordination through Google Workspace.
• Participation in promotional campaigns, internal presentations, events and special projects.
IDEAL PROFILE
• Proven experience in graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Knowledge of branding, editorial design and design within the luxury sector.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility, creativity and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain visual consistency across multiple brands, properties and communication channels.
• Experience creating and adapting content for social media platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills, responsibility, autonomy and a proactive attitude.
• An up-to-date portfolio showcasing previous work.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience within luxury hotels, restaurants, lifestyle, hospitality or premium brands.
• Video editing skills.
• Experience with tools and platforms such as Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Experience or basic knowledge of online reputation management and OTA content updates.
