ABOUT KAIZEN HOTELES
At Kaizen Hoteles we are looking to incorporate a Hotel Manager with solid experience in managing luxury hotels, leadership skills, and a clear orientation towards excellence and guest satisfaction.
The selected person will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the establishment, ensuring its proper operation, the coordination of the teams, and the fulfillment of economic, operational, and quality objectives.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Direct and supervise the daily operation of the hotel.
• Coordinate the different departments and ensure effective communication.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team.
• Ensure compliance with the standards typical of a luxury hotel.
• Prepare and supervise budgets, income, expenses, costs, and results.
• Analyze main management indicators and establish improvement measures.
• Manage incidents and complaints quickly and decisively.
• Collaborate with the Operations, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Administration, and Purchasing areas.
• Supervise the maintenance and proper condition of the facilities.
• Ensure compliance with labor, tourism, health, and occupational risk prevention regulations.
• Represent the hotel to clients, suppliers, and collaborators.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Hotel Manager.
• Demonstrable experience in 5-star Grand Luxury hotels.
• Residence in Jerez de la Frontera or the Bay of Cádiz.
• High level of English.
• Experience leading teams and managing budgets and profit and loss accounts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations, especially in accommodation, food and beverage, and guest service.
• Education in Tourism, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or similar.
• Availability and schedule flexibility.
• Proficiency in computer tools and hotel management software.
• Knowledge of other languages and specialized training in hotel management will be valued.

MISSION OF THE POSITION
At Kaizen Hoteles we are looking to hire a room attendant to reinforce the team at our Hotel Don Ramón, located in Seville. We are looking for a responsible, organized and committed person, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and service.
Functions and responsibilities
FUNCTIONS
• Cleaning, tidying and preparing rooms.
• Changing bed linen and towels.
• Replenishing amenities and necessary products.
• Checking the condition of rooms before they are released.
• Reporting breakdowns, damage or lost items to the relevant department.
• Organizing and maintaining the cart and cleaning equipment.
• Compliance with internal procedures and the hotel's hygiene and quality standards.
• Collaboration with the rest of the team to ensure an excellent experience for our guests.
Requirements
• Previous experience as a room attendant, preferably in hotels.
• Responsibility, organization and attention to detail.
• Agility and ability to work in a team.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Availability to start in October.
• Residence in Seville or the surrounding area.
